Hi, I'm Sarah. I've been running Furry Paws Pets boarding service, from Birmingham, for 6 years. Animals are my passion.

I have experience caring for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, and small furries like rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and hamsters. I've even had the pleasure of caring for African Pygmy Hedgehogs.

Fully Heated Facilities

 

All animal boarding areas are fully heated and insulated with food storage and sink areas

Hand Built Hutches

 

All hutches are hand built and meet minimum size requirements. I can also supply appropriately sized cages for rats

Price £8 per day

 

I provide all bedding and fresh foods. I ask owners to provide dried food, toys, tunnels/hiding houses and treats

Our Guinea pigs are booked in next week for their second stay with Sarah and I know they will be in great hands! She has a lovely set up and you can tell how much she loves animals

Services

Rabbits and Guinea Pigs

£8 per hutch per day

Indoor hutch accommodation all meeting minimum size requirements of 6ft x 2ft. Our rabbit hutches allow rabbits to stand at full height.

  • Large L shape hutch available for larger groups of guinea pigs
  • Large playpen available 7ft x 2.5ft can be set up indoors or outdoors for daily playtime
  • Bedding is provided, including dust extracted shavings for rabbits, and fleece liners for guinea pigs
  • All hay and fresh vegetables are provided. Hay will be a selection of Meadow hay and Timothy hay. Vegetables are stored in your pet’s own fridge, within the boarding room
  • Food bowls and water bottles can be provided
  • Owners need to provide pellets/treats and are welcome to bring any toys, tunnels and hides etc

Rat Boarding £8 per day

 

  • I have a Plaza Tall rat cage available, but clients are welcome to use their own if preferred
  • Bedding of shavings provided, or owners can supply their own
  • Owners will need to provide all food, hammocks, toys and cage accessories

Hamsters £5 per day

 

  • I have an Alaska hamster cage available (suitable for Syrian hamsters only), or clients can provide their own
  • All bedding, cage accessories, and food will need to be provided
